The Seven Dials festival gave the people of the streets plenty on tap; Pimms, flowers in your hairdoo, WAH nails, popcorn, pitta chips, beers, nice price shopping.....and most importantly sunshine, hopefully it will be coming back soon!

On Saturday the pitta chip truck will be pulling up outside Timberyard on Upper St St Martin's Lane as part of the Seven Dials spring festival. On board CHIPS and DIPS of course. Also find hot dogs, hogroast, doughnuts, popcorn, coffee........

Always make THYME for Soffles!

Now a version without chilli and garlic, were herbing the pitta roast right up with rosemary, thyme, olive oil, salt and pepper. Get them in!

Finally!!! After a long wait the pitta chips are now  strutting their stuff in paper/foil bags. Endless days of hand packing are over and we welcome the packing machine!

Here you will find only independent producers being stocked behind the bar so the pitta chips being this way inclined fit right in. When things are quiet they take themselves out the back with a bottle of beer they have never heard of let alone had before and get a bit of a ping pong tournament happening. This they especially enjoy as it's FREEEEEEEE!

But now they have sealed the deal and have become residents at the brewery in their Taproom . Now to make sure they know their stuff when it comes to beer every Saturday they attend the brew school - it's very good learning......

The Craft Co are getting themselves in all the London boroughs and now have a new residency in Islington. The chips like having a pint in this one as so far there hasn't been a need to have the same one more than once. There into all the CRAFT glasses and the feel of the red velvet on a Friday night whilst they are  chowing down on a pork pie, pretty snazzy stuff......

So it seems that pitta chips don't just taste good with a cool lager they are also pretty tasty with a hot beverage. We didn't know, but word at street coffee is that they do ok! Flat Eric said so and he now wants you to go see him and watch him on the screen....demanding little furry creature.

Ahhhh they have found some friends and how nice that their all locals too. Check out the Hackney Hamper for tasty Hackney produce. Very possibly for.......CHRISTMAS?!!

Wedding Soffles! Field, Leicestershire   

Somewhere in a field in Leicestershire the chips were feeling the love at Lucy and Adam's wedding. All dressed up for the occasion they got themselves ready with a custom made stamp designed by the groom. Each bag stamped with a special logo for the day, it was good to see them looking a bit different!
